Importing a Certificate
You can create certificates in your IO River account as described here, and this way you don’t have to worry about certificate renewal. However, you can also upload your own certificate.
To import a certificate to your IO River account:
- Sign in to your IO River account.
- Select the TLS Certificates tab.
- Click on the Import Certificate button.
- Fill the certificate form:
- Name - Specify the name of the certificate.
- Private key - Paste or drag the private key file.
- Certificate - Paste or drag the certificate file.
- Certificate Chain - Paste or drag the certificate chain file.
- Click on Save.
Updating an Imported Certificate
In case the certificate is about to expire and you should update it. Only imported certificates can be updated. To update a certificate:
- Sign in to your IO River account.
- Select the TLS Certificates tab.
- Navigate to the relevant certificate and click the Options button (3 dots).
- Click on Update.
- Update the private key, certificate and certificate chain.
- Click on Save.
The updated certificate will then be automatically deployed on all of your CDN accounts.
