Open to attendees of IBC2026 who are 18 years of age or older. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Employees of IO River and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
Physical scratch cards are distributed by IO River representatives across the IBC2026 show floor, not only at Stand 5.B18. Limit one entry per person, one card per person. To enter, scratch the front of your card to reveal your code, then scan the QR code on the back to open the entry page, complete the short form, and enter your code to reveal your prize.
Each printed code is pre-assigned exactly one prize tier before any card is distributed. Every entered code reveals a prize - there is no non-winning outcome. Of a total print run of 300 cards:
Grand prize (2 cards): a $200 Amazon gift card, issued for the Amazon marketplace of the winner's own country where Amazon operates one, and otherwise for amazon.com, or an equivalent alternative gift card or voucher of the same value where Amazon has no local marketplace. Subject to Amazon's own gift-card terms and expiry.
Eligibility is verified in person at Stand 5.B18 during the promotion period. The gift card itself is then sent by email to the business email address provided at entry, once the winner's country has been confirmed.
Prize value is USD 200. Where the card is issued for a non-US marketplace, it is issued for the local-currency equivalent of USD 200 at the exchange rate on the date of issue.
Common prize (40 cards): 3 free attempts at the IO River boxing machine at Stand 5.B18, taken on-site during the promotion period.
Additional bonus opportunities may be offered in connection with this activity at Sponsor's sole discretion. Any such bonus is not part of the prize structure described here, its criteria are not published, and Sponsor is under no obligation to award any such bonus.
Booster prize (258 cards): complimentary professional services for the complete migration of one asset (typically a single domain or CDN property) to IO River, valued at up to $1,500. Open to any company - there is no startup or company-size eligibility restriction.
This benefit is awarded to the entrant's employer, not to the entrant personally. It consists solely of professional services performed for that company, is usable only by that company, and confers no cash, goods, credit, or other benefit of personal value on the entrant. It cannot be assigned to the entrant personally, transferred to another company, or exchanged for anything else.
Where the work required exceeds $1,500 in value, IO River will complete the work covered by that amount and provide a quote for the balance, which the winner is under no obligation to accept.
Sponsor will contact winners after the show to arrange scheduling.
The prize tier is determined solely by which physical code a winner holds, not by any information entered on the form.
Grand and Common prizes must be claimed on-site at Stand 5.B18 during the promotion period; Sponsor staff will verify the winner's code against Sponsor's internal records before any prize is awarded. For the Grand prize, this on-site step is verification of eligibility - the $200 Amazon gift card itself is then sent by email, as described in Section 3. Common prizes (boxing-machine attempts) are both verified and taken on-site. Booster prize redemption will be arranged after the show.
Except where required by law, prizes are not transferable and no cash or other substitution is offered, though Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value.
This section addresses the Grand and Common prizes, which are awarded to the entrant. The Booster benefit is awarded to the entrant's employer and is governed by Section 3 - it is not transferable, not convertible to cash or anything else, and no substitute is offered for an entrant who has no company able to receive it.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this promotion, or these rules, at any time, for any reason, including if it suspects fraud, error, or technical failure, without liability to any entrant. Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of this promotion are final.
Personal data collected through the entry form is handled as described in IO River's general Privacy Policy, supplemented for this promotion by the IBC2026 Privacy Supplement, which covers the referral flow where an entrant provides a colleague's contact details. These Official Rules govern entry into this promotion specifically. IO River's general Terms of Use continue to apply to use of IO River's website and services. Where these Official Rules and the general Terms of Use conflict on a matter specific to this promotion, these Official Rules govern.
The separate $200 referral bonus is not governed by these Official Rules - see the Referral Bonus Terms. Declining to refer anyone, or a referral not qualifying, has no effect on any prize won under these rules.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for any technical failure of any kind, lost or delayed data, or any injury or damage to any person's device or other property relating to participation in this promotion.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the Dutch code of conduct for promotional games of chance as it applies to this promotion, or to mandatory consumer-protection rules of the entrant's country of residence.
